Pre-Order Policy

What is The Collection Chest Pre-Order Policy?

We know you want to add to your collection and aim to ship as immediately upon product release. Some items have strict release dates that we must adhere to, while others can ship upon arrival.  Release dates on our site are subject to change, based on manufacturer updates.

Preorders can be cancelled within 30 days of ordering for a full refund.  Orders beyond the initial 30 days may be cancelled for store credit only. 

Customers can place a preorder on the same order with in stock items, however doing so will delay the entire order until the preorder becomes available.  Orders placed together must ship together.
