  • How much is shipping?
    • We’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all offers over $150. For orders under $150, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
  • When will my order arrive?
    • Most orders ship next-day. Be advised that orders including products from two or more manufacturers may arrive in separate orders.
  • Has my order shipped, and where can I track my order?
    • Select the Account button in the footer to see if your order has shipped, and when it’s coming.
  • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
    • In most cases, you can update right from your cart, by clicking the + or – signs. If you’re on the product page, simply update the Quantity section to increase.
  • My order never arrived.
    • Yikes! I promise this never happens. But if you feel like your order isn’t coming, reach contact us 
  • An item is missing from my shipment.
    • Fear not… in most cases, it’s just on its way still. Be advised that orders including products from two or more manufacturers may arrive in separate orders.
  • Do you offer discounts on large orders
    • We offer a volume pricing for those interested in placing larger/frequent orders. If you would like more information, please contact us by email.
